From the Executive Director

The City of Camden Redevelopment Agency (CRA) welcomes you to its website. With the visionary leadership of Mayor Francisco “Frank” Moran, the CRA is committed moving forward the work with the City and its partners to assure that Camden Continues to Rise.  Our goal is the execution of land use redevelopment that results in revenues to the City and jobs for City residents. A particular focus is assisting to implement strategic plans of Camden's anchoring education and healthcare institutions.  We continue to work with the City in land assembly, reuse of underutilized sites, and remediation of commercial, industrial, and open space areas, including those sites for new economic ventures incentivized by the Economic Opportunity Act of 2013 as well as developing strategies for expanding housing opportunities within the City.

This extraordinary work continues.
